5. Operation
5.5 System Monitor
The SYSTEM MONITOR screen supplies important infor-
mation on the Leica ASP300 system status.
After replacing the filter press RESET.
ROTARY VALVE RETRIES:
If a figure higher than 50 is indicated, a preventive maintenance is
recommended.
FILL/DRAIN:
This screen displays the average fill / drain times of all stations
(in seconds).
Short term = average duration of last 5 fills / drains.
Long term = average duration of last 20 fills / drains.
If one of the figures displayed exceeds 250, call Leica Technical
Service.
PUMP AGE:
Indication of hours of service of the pressure/
vacuum pump. After approx. 1,000 hours of
use, have Leica Technical Service carry out a
preventive maintenance of the pump.
CARBON FILTER AGE:
Indication of hours of service of the activated
carbon filter. The carbon filter must be ex-
changed after approx. 4 months of use.
